Call for Papers

Contributions are expected to contain empirical, theoretical or historical perspectives on questions regarding Educational Inequality and Justice on all levels of the educational system. Topics such as the development of social inequality, the effects of disparate access to education, migration, social heritage, gender, politics and regulations, school structures and teaching methods, curricula, teacher training and the educational and employment market, as well as the historical background and role of ideas of justice and the historical development of the inclusion-exclusion principle or past attempts at understanding injustice in the educational system are to be discussed within this framework.


The presentations may be held in German, French, Italian or English. The language chosen for the submission should correspond to the language of the contribution. All contributions for the conference must be submitted to the conference management via ConfTool (see registration). They will subsequently be reviewed by two members of the academic committee. There should be no more than two submissions per person.
